How do you become a writer for the Charlotte Observer?

Sorry for the late reply! There was a notice in the paper about how the Observer was looking for teen critics not too long ago! I know that they put up announcements like this periodically, so keep on checking. If not, I know that the South Charlotte Sports Report often looks for teen writers, if you are interested in sports!
